Writing

I am excited but tired because I just finished a grant for the Pregnancy Care Center I work for. 7 copies 29 pages long The grant is thru MN Dept of Health. This was an intimidating thing for me and really could not have been done without God's help. Huge step of faith.

The Homeschooling part of the story is that.... my writing skills are terrible. BUT the daughter I taught from 4th grade on has fantastic writing and editing abilities. Go figure.... That's why we home school.

I love my kids

This seems understood, part of motherhood, but I work with many women for whom it is not true. "Self" and "Me First" are such gods in our culture. It is something as a mother I have to fight against constantly.

With my older kids I did learn my time with them is brief. So.. my younger children do benefit from having me experiment on their older siblings. I am more relaxed. I do enjoy them more. I want to spend time with them. This is why we homeschool.
